AmkaiCharts™, is a state-of-the-art electronic medical record the development of which began in early 1998. It is a proven, comprehensive electronic medical record designed to be used by ambulatory healthcare providers at the point of care and to be shared selectively via an intranet and/or through the Internet. AmkaiCharts™ chronicles patient history, encounters, medication orders, procedures, referrals and vital statistics as well as collecting and storing data such as immunization records, X-rays, lab results and doctors’ notes.
